Vampire Baseball

Here is some information on the Vampire Baseball game from MTV:

“Twilight” stars Peter Facinelli, Chaske Spencer, Alex Meraz and Tyson Houseman are teaming up for a special round of Cajun-Style Vampire Baseball in New Orleans on March 20 to aid relief efforts in Haiti. The cast will pitch against a slew of Big Easy celebrities including New Orleans Saints players Kyle Eckel and Lynell Hamilton, in addition to vamp movie veteran Wayne Douglas Morgan, who starred in “The Vampire’s Assistant.”

Tickets for the game start at $25 (there’s a hot tub option for $55!) with proceeds going to the American Red Cross and Hope for Haiti Now, among others. Another kind of bloodsucker—a phlebotomist—will also be on hand for a blood drive. A meet-and-greet with the stars and a party/
concert will follow the game.

The new comic book line is called Fame and will feature different celebrities. This is the same company who made the Stephenie Meyer Comic.

Twilight saga: Eclipse

Twilight Examinery CM published a story where he talks about the latest news from David Slade, regarding the issue and the state of the film Eclipse:
Despite what might have been rumored in forums, the first screening of the Twilight saga: Eclipse-seen by "anyone outside the edition" - is happening now, according to a recent update issued by the director of the film, David Slade.
According to him, today is a "great day" since the first "director's cut" is in the "Phase 1" with the first screening of the film.
After months and months of endless reading sobe Slade updates the post-production process (which seems, indeed, very tiring and tedious), it seems that things are finally getting to a point and the editing process is almost finished.
A director's cut of the film, which of course is not the final cut (and probably not even be made available to the public). The final cut is usually reserved for someone from the study, which may make some adjustments here and there to make the film more presentable at the box office.These changes, mostly, are not usually dramatic. (Obviously, with different interests and agendas, that statement is a matter of case by case basis. Who can say how many changes will be necessary for Eclipse).
For now, however, this news means that things are progressing. While this does not necessarily give us any indication of when we can expect the first trailer of the film (despite earlier speculations that may still be applicable), this means that the film is much closer to being completed and ready for the theaters!

ET: Did you ever think that ‘Twilight’ was going to do so much for your career?

Peter Facinelli: The fan base has been so phenomenal. When you go to an event, people have flown in from other countries just to take a picture with you. Kristen Stewart’s Haiti Donation

While George Clooney, Robert Pattinson, and practically every other celeb in the worldhelped raise more than $57 Million for Haiti relief, one star was upset she couldn't partake in the telethon last Friday: Kristen Stewart.

The Twilight babe was traveling Friday to Park City for the Sundance Film Festival, 'cause K.Stew had two films (Welcome to the Rileysand The Runaways) premiering.

But don't think that stopped her from helping out…

At the premiere for Welcome to the Rileys, the film's producers, Giovanni Agnelli and Scott Bloom, filled us in on Kristen's idea of how to help raise money for Haiti.

K.Stew & Co. raised cash by hosting four lucky ladies in Park City. The fortunate four paid handsomely for the privilege of a free plane ticket, a place to stay and the pleasure of Kristen's company.

"They paid, like, a thousand dollars a piece for tickets which went to support the cause for Haiti," says Agnelli.

Adds Bloom:

"Kristen on the plane here said [she was upset] she could not be doing the telethon…So we decided to use all that money to benefit Haiti."

Don't ya just heart this girl? Glad to hear she's a celebrity who knows how to use her star power for good.

Also, anyone else just a tad curious where Kristen was traveling from all day Friday? Just an FYI: It only takes about an hour and 15 minutes to get from L.A. to Salt Lake City.

But a trip from, oh say, England perhaps, certainly would make you completely unavailable for quite some time.

Just sayin'!

มีคำยืนยันออกมาแล้ว เกี่ยวกับ ภาพยนตร์เรื่องใหม่ของ Robert Pattinson  ” Water for Elephants “  ซึ่ง Richard LaGravanese ได้ถอดบทประพันธ์ นวนิยาย Best Seller ของ Sara Gruen  ออกมาเป็นสคริปท์เรียบร้อยแล้ว และทาง FOX2000 ได้วางตัวผู้กำกับไว้คือ Francis Lawrence มีดาราแสดงนำคือ Reese Witherspoon และ Robert Pattinson และทาง FOX2000 กำลังทาบทาม Sean Penn มารับบทดารานำชายอีกคนในภาพยนตร์เรื่องนี้

เป็นเรื่องเล่าย้อนอดีตของชายชราอายุ 93 ปี  Jacob Jancoski ในสมัยที่เขายังเป็นนักเรียนสัตวแพทย์ที่ Cornell University อายุ 21 ปี ซึ่งรับบทโดย Robert Pattinson แต่เขาต้องทิ้งชีวิตในมหาวิทยาลัยไป เพราะพ่อแม่ของเขาได้เสียชีวิตลงอย่างกระทันหันด้วยอุบัติเหตุทางรถยนต์  อันเป็นเหตุให้เขาได้ร่วมเดินทางกับคณะละครสัตว์  ใช้ชีวิตร่วมกับบรรดาสรรพสัตว์นานาชนิด  แล้วไปตกหลุมรัก Marlena ( Reese Witherspoon ) ภรรยาของ August ( Sean Penn ) ชายวิตกจริตซึ่งเป็นหัวหน้าผู้ดูแลฝึกสัตว์ทั้งหลายแต่กลับเป็นคนที่ชอบทรมาณสัตว์
