Robert Pattinson was up early this morning for a Water For Elephants photo op with his costar Christoph Waltz, but the actor still managed to join friends for a dinner in Berlin last night. He, along with a group of guy and girl pals, nabbed a table at the city's Bocca di Bacco. Robert got some sleep before today's press duties, but the actor has really been doing double duty between his circus-themed project and Twilight.
