The civic duty of Kristen Stewart wrapped sex, prostitutes and undercover police officer - and the rate at trial does not even have a happy ending.
TMZ has learned that Stewart was a member of the jury in LA this week - in a 3-day event involving a man accused of trying to parage to an undercover officer for a temporary love.
The defense argument that his client was innocent because he does not speak English very well and all kinds of sexual solicitation was only when lost in translation.
Eventually, the star of "Twilight" - along with its partners - agreed with the defense and found the man not guilty.
After the trial, we were told that Stewart was proud of her contribution to society and ask if he could keep his ID card jury ... and left.
